Fingerprinting is also required to obtain a certificate. Fingerprints can be completed at the Augusta Public Safety Department at 2100 Ohio St., with a charge of $10.00. A fingerprint form may be picked up at the USD402 district office. Once fingerprints are obtained, mail the form along with the $57.00 processing fee to the KBI for processing. More information regarding the fingerprint requirements can be found here.
After you obtain your substitute license, come to the district office and pick up a new sub packet. All documents in the new sub packet will need to be completed and returned to the district office so the substitute may be set up to begin to accept sub jobs.
